NEW WAYS TO SUPPORT THE ARTS
CORPORATE + COMMUNITY SPONSORSHIPS

The Greater Denton Art Council’s new corporate and community sponsorship program is an exciting way to recognize and celebrate businesses and individuals who wish to give back and connect with their community. A wide variety of sponsorship opportunities are available including:

SPECIAL EVENT SPONSORSHIP
Each year over 550,000 people participate in Arts Council sponsored events. New programs include family days, after hours events, concerts, and more. Sponsorship of Arts Council special events is a high impact way to bring dynamic programming and events to large audiences.

EXHIBITION SPONSORSHIP
Over 40,000 visitors attend exhibitions of regionally and nationally acclaimed artists annually. In addition, the Arts Center welcomes hundreds of students and their parents to shows featuring the talented K-12 students of Denton Independent School District.

ARTS EDUCATION SPONSORSHIP
Each year, the Arts Council serves over 15,000 K-12 students through long-standing programs such as Getting Started with the Arts, camps, and more. The Arts Council is expanding its educational efforts to include after school art programs as well as parent/ child classes for preschoolers and young families.

GRANTS AND ARTIST AWARDS
Since 1980, the Greater Denton Arts Council has given over $1.5 million in support to arts organizations in Denton. In 2016, the Arts Council will expand this longstanding program to not only include grants to non-profit organizations, but to individual artists, musicians, poets, actors, and dancers as well.

SCHOLARSHIPS FOR CHILDREN + STUDENT PROGRAMS
Scholarships for camps and classes ensure all children, regardless of financial status, can attend quality arts programs in their community.
