The Greater Denton Arts Council is a catalyst for creativity, advocacy, and collaboration. The Patterson-Appleton Arts Center (PAAC) is our home where we celebrate the arts, inspire innovation, and engage the community.

It’s time to get spooky, y’all! We know there’s an incredible array of Halloween activities to choose from and we hope you can creep around with us here at GDAC.

For the second year in a row, we’re bringing back a live graffiti workshop with artist Eder Tron and Electric!, a one night only light art exhibition unlike anything else. Put on your detective hat for our 1980s Murder Mystery Dinner, hosted by the Murder Mystery Co., and help solve the gnarliest crime of the neon colored decade—get your tickets here! And, of course, we’re taking part in Denton’s iconic Day of the Dead Festival with a Coffin Races watch party, Trunk or Treat, and a Dia de Los Muertos art exhibition from DISD high school students. We’re now accepting candy donations for Trunk or Treat!
