THE ART OF ENTERTAINING
HOST YOUR NEXT EVENT AT THE PATTERSON-APPLETON ARTS CENTER
The Patterson-Appleton Arts Center is an ideal venue for any event. Built in 1929 and located between Denton’s Downtown Square and emerging innovation district, this registered historic building was originally the city’s first steam power plant. First renovated to serve as the Center for the Visual Arts in the 1980s, the Arts Center now offers two large galleries, an art studio, dance rehearsal hall, and sculpture garden. Remodeled in 2017, Festival Hall is the grand centerpiece of the venue: a 5,000 square foot event and exhibition space with soaring ceilings, ample natural light, original industrial hardware, customized lighting, stage, built-in sound and video, and flexible banquet or lecture-style seating for up to 250 people.
The Arts Center is a unique and creative location to host your wedding reception, business event, birthday party, anniversary, or organizational training or retreat, making it a popular choice for residents across North Texas.
