My work revolves around creating art that elicits physiological and social responses, by capturing a person’s attention. I gravitate towards darker themes that challenge or even disturb the viewer, forcing them to wrestle with the message behind the piece. This piece is inspired by lunar imagery and depicts the head of a “Moonman,” a figure imagined as only able to survive in constant motion, now mounted like a hunting trophy to mark its death.
