In Memoriam of Humanity, 2025

Foam, concrete, cotton fabrics, LED lights, acrylic

This work carries my disdain for using AI models to complete inherently human activities. The slow loss of skills that make life worth living deserves to be grieved. This piece not only serves as a memorial but also a warning for those who sacrifice their creative soul for the sake of efficient machinery.

About:

I am an artist based in Denton, Texas and a current student at University of North Texas. I am a 3rd year Studio Art major with a concentration in new media. Many of my works reflect themes of self and identity as well as social criticism. I work mostly with video art, digital painting and sculpture. My favorite color is raspberry and I love butterflies.
